At The Ethnic Label, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging and wait for our courier partner to perform a brief on-the-spot quality check during pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Logistics

  Once the pickup is completed, your package will be shipped back to our warehouse for a final assessment by our quality control team.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Upon approval, we will process your exchange shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
